Within its functions, the Administration Council approves the delivery of subsidies, land, delivery of resources to Critical Cases, Pensioners by Age, Family care system, Leases, etc.

The special function of the Administration Council is to promote the Economic and Social development of the territory in its attention programs, for which it coordinates and controls the execution of the policy, programs and plans approved by the superior organisms of the State.

With the aim of continuing to improve the work system of the Secretariat, to achieve the search for greater efficiency in management and taking as reference the provisions of article 16 of Agreement 6176 of the CECM on the regulation of Popular Local Administrations.
