4- Marcia Pérez Arguellesfor her exemplary participation in the Literacy Campaign in the Arabs, as Popular Teacher and Primary Schools later, founding member of the National Revolutionary Militias and Territorial Troops Militias, stand out in the tasks of the PCC, organizations of masses and national defense.
5-Orestes Contreras Castillo for his exceptional revolutionary and human conduct in fulfilling the internationalist mission in Nicaragua. For conquering with the greatest humility the hearts of their neighbors, with their natural behavior and the materialization of a project to guarantee their water supply.
6- Mario M González Gallardo for his contribution to the consolidation of the revolutionary process in the midst of combat, and after the victory from the activities of defense and agricultural production.
7- Neima Belén Chávez Lavín, for her contribution to the development of economic sciences in Los Arabos, by creating the ANEC grassroots association in the municipality, and from the responsibilities she carried out. For their participation in national and international events, and in the processing of proposals for modifications to the documents of the seventh Party Congress.
