To process a diet you must present:
- Notebook for Food Products.
- Form 12 Sworn Declaration of Medical Diet, duly signed and coined by the Public Health Assistance Center that issues it.
- The renewal of the medical diet may be processed by the consumer, any day of the month in which the current diet expires.
- You should not use obscene or offensive words.
- Comments should be related to the topic.
- Comments that violate previous policies will not be posted.
