- Request for updating titles (Legal Norm Res. 342/11).
This procedure is to make it possible to update the property titles of natural persons in the cases that:
a. There are errors or omissions related to the elements of the description and pricing.
b. Internal constructive actions are carried out that modify the description of the house, unify it or divide it and do not require a license or work authorization in accordance with current legislation.
c. The physical reality does not coincide with that reflected in the property title, because constructive actions for expansion, rehabilitation or remodeling have been carried out, provided that the technical construction requirements and urban and territorial regulations have not been violated.
1. People interested in updating their titles, covered in paragraphs a) and b) do not require Resolution of the Municipal Housing Directorates. The Technical Opinion issued by the Municipal Department of Physical Planning constitutes the valid document for the purposes of the corresponding notarial update.
2. The Technical Opinion of the Municipal Department of Physical Planning includes the description and appraisal of the actions carried out, current description and technical-constructive status, as appropriate.
3. If the request consists only of updating the property title regarding the legal price of the home, the certification issued by the Fund Control. Department of the Municipal Housing Authority is effective for the purposes of the corresponding notarial action.
4. The directors of the Municipal Housing Directorates are competent to issue resolutions on the updating of property titles covered in subsection c) of article 1.
Interested parties submit the following documents:
Application brief with all its generals.
Proof of ownership.
I certify Physical Planning that proves that there is no objection to updating the title.
Technical opinion issued by the Municipal Directorate of Physical Planning.
Stamp stamp for $ 10.00.
