Social object.
Control and Guarantee the application of the Labor, Salary policy
of Social Security in the Municipality.
Controls the execution of the budget for social security in the Municipal Labor Directorates.
Execute and control the payment of the students of the comprehensive improvement course for young people and of those who continue studying improvement courses from this.
Guarantee the products and services destined to satisfy the needs of social assistance benefits.

1-Procedure of authorization to exercise the Work for Own Account.

2- Orientation and Work Location: The orientation that is given to the people who appear in our Work Direction for their work location is as follows:
a- They are asked for their identity card.
b- What was your last work center and the record of delivery of the file to know if they caused you to be dismissed.
c- They are entered in the register of the unemployed in the event that there are no job offers that are to their liking, in addition to interviewing them to find out their interest in the occupations that wish to continue their school level to proceed to their job insertion according to the requirements of the occupations that are filed by the different entities, that is, Model FT-25.

3- Job Location of SMA Graduates.
a- We receive the SMA list from our higher body to proceed with their job placement.
b- Two job offers are made according to their school level, in addition, those who are graduates of higher level and medium technician who have not fulfilled their social service are inserted in the entity that corresponds to them according to their specialty to complete it since their social service is 3 years.
Graduates of correctional facilities.
a- After receiving the list of the graduates of penitentiary centers of our superior organism, we proceed to their job placement with the plans that are filed by the entities of our municipality, in addition to participating on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in court municipal with the enforcement judge.
b- In relation to the graduates of middle technician and qualified worker, after receiving the list of the DPT we proceed to the location of the same for the fulfillment of the social service, according to their specialty, in addition to visiting them in the different entities to know their permanence .
4- Procedures of the Prevention, assistance and social work.
To fulfill the functions assigned to the sub-directorates and department of Prevention, Assistance and Social Work with the aim of coordinating actions for the comprehensive care of social problems and identifying the causes and conditions that generate it and making recommendations to agencies, organizations and other corresponding institutions so that in the framework of their functions and powers they adopt the appropriate measures. The socioeconomic investigation begins with the interview of the specialist (social worker) with the head of the family nucleus or a representative in order to obtain detailed information on the state of need. To the report prepared as a result of the interview conducted, the supporting documents provided by the applicants, as the case may be, must be attached in order to deepen the need for protection. The socioeconomic investigation is concluded with the information that is verified in the community where the interested party resides. The specialist after the comprehensive evaluation based on the file proposes an opinion of approval or not, explaining the reasons for it to the Director of Municipal Labor. The Director of Labor submits the proposal to the Board of Directors for its analysis, for its approval or denial. The process is carried out for any type of Social Assistance benefit except for food services, the delivery of resources which are approved by the CAM. Exceptional monetary benefits are approved at the Provincial level.

The Municipal Directorate of Labor and Social Security has within its functions of prevention and assistance of social work, as well as guiding, directing and controlling the employment policy of the municipality, through the process of filing positions of the organizations and entities.
They can be accessed by presenting to the Municipal Directorate of Labor and Social Security of this municipality, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
