The House of Culture Ninón Mondejar aims to promote in Arabs the ability to participate in the processes of artistic and literary creation, of reading and appreciating art, defending our entity and preserving living heritage, to meet the needs spiritual and humanistic conduct of our citizens. It has capacity for 96 people.

It has also been inserted in the topic of prevention and care for STI-HIV AIDS in morning, cultural activities in addition to providing information on this topic through the radio bases of our houses of culture

In the work of assistance, prevention and social work, 100% of the controlled minors must be inserted in community transformation projects.

In the fight against smoking, we are involved in the fight to declare institutions and public centers smoke-free, avoiding the consumption of alcoholic beverages and promoting more than 80% of Cuban music and correct clothing in the classroom. The work of the cultural promoter and art instructors of the schools with disabled people should be reinforced taking into account the number of workshops, artistic units and programmed activities, although the work with disabled fans is encouraged in the creation, convening of competitions and the monthly performance of the rock, in addition to the music and dance workshop.
