The National Organization of Collective Law Firms is an autonomous entity, with more than 50 years of experience, of social interest and professional character, with legal personality and its own assets, voluntarily integrated by highly qualified jurists.
 
It has 2000 lawyers, spread throughout the national territory, who provide services to natural and legal persons, national or foreign, in the different areas of Law, legal procedures and others required by the population that require a legal basis.


In civil matters
We attend to all matters related to the civil status of citizens, their person and heritage, including:

    Correction of errors in registrations before the Registry of Civil Status and Courts.
    Acknowledgments of Marriage, Filiation and Adoption.
    Claims for Food, Civil Liability and Paternity.
    Succession and Litigation Processes around the Partition, Liquidation and Adjudication of the Inheritance.
    Processes on the Civil Status of Persons and Liquidations of the Marital Property Community.
    Appeals before judicial, administrative and other instances.

In criminal matters
Criminal defenses in all types of procedures, investigative procedures before police authorities, and all other procedures derived from processes of this nature, as well as Resources and Reviews before the Supreme People's Court.
 
 
In mercantile, economic, financial, banking, labor and other related matters

    Advice and representation to companies.
    Litigation before the Economic Chamber and Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce.
    Economic, mercantile, banking and civil contracting, linked to business activity.
    Litigation around violations of Copyright or Claims of Rights.
    Labor procedures of all kinds, inside and outside business improvement and conflict resolution before administrative instances, Justice Bodies and Courts.
    Procedures related to Foreign Investment in Cuba, Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Tax, Environment and Insurance.

Regarding housing and other administrative instances

    Claims, judicial and extrajudicial processes and any other procedure related to the house, garages and wastelands.
    Procedures related to the tax administration.
    Procedures related to the tax administration.
    Claims before Vehicle Registry, General Customs of the Republic, Insurance Offices, among others.

In agrarian matter
Advisory and Representation Services to agricultural entities and the population:

    Contract formalities.
    Economic claims of these entities and their partners.
    Any other related to the matter.
    Management, resources and claims related to inheritance, usufruct and land tenure.

National administrative procedures
With the entry into force of Resolution No. 212/2004, of the Ministry of Justice, the Organization has been assuming, with auxiliary personnel, prepared and empowered to do so, obtaining all the documents that the population requires for personal procedures or for be contributed in a process that ventilates with our lawyers. This service is provided in the Collective Law Firms themselves, throughout the national territory, even when its processing is necessary outside the locality where it is located.
 
The Procedures Manager, name by which the personnel in charge of this activity is known, can manage: Certifications (literal or not) of Birth, Death, Marriage, Singleness, Faith of Life or others, before the Civil Status Registry; Certifications before Provincial Registries (Identity Card, Immigration and Vehicles, among others) and Central Registries (Acts of Last Will and Declarations of Heirs). Likewise, procedures are carried out before Housing System Organizations, the Tax Office, the Ministry of Agriculture -in cases of Land Tenure Registry, livestock and tractors-, and other instances of the Ministry of the Interior and any central body , provided that it takes effect in the national territory.

Specialized services
The Collective Law Firms provide the service of obtaining and legalizing documents to take effect outside the national territory, to citizens residing in Cuba and outside the country, all under the protection of Resolution 71/2014 of the Minister of Justice, this includes:

    Obtaining, certifying and legalizing registration and teaching documents.

The Specialized Firm located at J and 23, Vedado, Havana, also offers the following services to legal, mixed and foreign persons:

    Advice, consulting, legal counsel and procedural representation to legal persons.
    Services related to negotiation and procedures in the real estate branch.
    Finance and investment services.
    Insurance services.
    Specialized intellectual property services.
    Services for immigration procedures.
    Legal inquiries.

Rate System
The rates for matters where the representation or participation of a lawyer is hired are approved by the Ministry of Justice and published for your knowledge in all the law firms of the country. They are tempered to the nature and complexity of the matter, as well as the sensitivity, transcendence and social accessibility that is verified for the particular service. The rates of the services base the eminently social vocation of the organization.
 
In the case of national administrative procedures involving the participation of a technical manager, the payment of the service has been set at three types of rates:

    When the procedures are carried out within the municipality where the Collective Law Firm Unit is located, the amount is $ 10.00.
    When the procedures are carried out within the province where the Collective Law Firm is located, but outside the municipality, the amount is $ 20.00.
    When the procedures are carried out in another province, different from the Collective Law Firm Unit, the amount is $ 30.00.

If the application involves obtaining several certifications, a single contract is established, except if different management is also sought before a different office, such as the Last Will Acts, which are contracted separately from other certifications.
